A healthy start

Before my trip to the pliers dentist, I did squeeze in a quick shoulder workout. Had to bring up my endorphine level (maybe it would make it less scary).  Here’s what it looked like:

Overhead dumb bell press 3 sets, 10 reps, 30 lbs

Side raises drop sets, 3 sets, as many as I could (without losing form), 20, 15, 10lb in each hand

Overhead barbell press 3 sets, 10 reps, 20lbs

Front cable raises 3 sets, 10 reps, 25lbs

Reverse Flyes 3 sets, 10 reps, 40lbs

No time for cardio.

  1. Maybe, I wasn’t very nervous. I’m in some pain still though. I have to go back next Tuesday to schedule some more tooth pulling fun. Yikes!

  2. Did the pre-workout work? Because if it did, I’d like to know so I can try it next time. (which would be this coming Wednesday) I hate the dentist. **sigh**
